You have 7 days from receiving your order to request a return for STORE CREDIT.   Please contact our customer care team by emailing: customercare@waimari.com

Please indicate your full contact details, your order number and reason for return.

Additionally, if the return request is approved, please make sure your items are returned new, in its original package, unused and with all WAIMARI labels and tags attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back.

Please allow up to 7 business days after your item is returned to receive your credit note.  We are unable to process exchanges for international orders, if you wish to exchange your Waimari piece you must return the product for a store credit and place a new order.  

All items on sale or that fall outside of the return date are ineligible for return.   Waimari reserves the right to decline returns that have been worn or damaged.
 You will receive a return label to print and attach to your shipment. 
*Unfortunately as our pieces are made to order, we are unable to offer refunds. All sales are final.

*Orders placed during online sales/promotions are final- no returns or exchanges are allowed. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you
